Responsibilities OF Auditors in Malaysia
Under the Organizations Act Malaysia, corporations that are conducting business in Malaysia and recorded under the Corporations Commissioner of Malaysia must appoint an authorized auditor to audit the records of the business. In another sense, all public limited companies, private limited companies and branch office in Malaysia must appoint a permitted auditor to audit the company accounts. The directors must exist an audited group of accounts on the annual general assembly once in a year.
